My Newzealand Dairy-North Isaland

Its beyond words to express how i felt being there around 2 weeks...one of the most wonderful experience we had in travelling ..yes it was ..last year in Feb we got this once in a life time opportunity that we can take 2 weeks leaves continuously and not going our homeland but somewhere else.
Since childhood i am fascinated about NZ as its location in the globe sounds very apart from others and then being in a cricket crazy country you are bound to know at least names like Auckland/Wellington/Queenstown and surrounded locations shown during cricket commentary.
Yes we Indians get little bit knowledge of geography from cricket as well ;) now days this fever anyhow is low at least in my blood.
So come back to our travel experience being inspires from one of Niraj's colleague we started planning at least 6 months back just keeping in consideration of cricket world cup.
We started our journey in Auckland with overnight stay in a small hotel in the centre and being valentine day it was one of most vibrant night in the street awaken by 2am next day.
Next day we took a bus from City of sky tower -Auckland to land of thermal activities-Rotorua. We booked the rented car online so finally when we hired a cab to reach the agency it was closed and nobody around being Sunday tried agencies phone no several times but could see only a petrol pump with two guys.
Suddenly we saw there was a car parked outside and we could noticed some agreement paper inside with Niraj's name on it but keys?? We looked around we decided to ask those petrol pump guys and u know what came as surprize they were advised to give us keys 😊😊
Then started our beautiful journey of enjoying the food, valleys, thermal activities..every word is less to express this.now we decided to go to South Island by flight so dropped our car at airport as advised by agency and headed for Nelson via connecting flight to Wellignton.

Our flight was around 6:45AM and we were supposed to drive around 30 mins so we reached there around 4 AM with a view in mind will be rush and need to drop car at airport with keys. But we got a surprize not even a single person at airport and it was closed we got bit worried if sonething wrong or we are at right place we serached all parts of airport but really nobody :()
We had no option but to wait and people started coming at 5:30 am:).Finally we boarded in a very cute flight of Air Newzealand to Nelson.

Our Krabi Trip

I can see air Asia flight just flown off.. We are waiting for
ours..need to wait apprx one hour..to pass our time we checked few
outlets .. Quite few in numbers at Krabi airport ..finally we are
going back to Singapore after 3 night visit to this beautiful place.
Chinese new year had been a wonderful opportunity to explore this land
of surrounded islands.
We checked in to Pakasai resort a green escape from crowd situated
uphill of Aao Nang.
If you like to be with people/ surrounded by people Aao Nang is the
best selection and not to devalue road side market providing food n
shops and other stuffs and beach with long tail providing short tours.
Our first day when we reached around3pm we just relaxed in hotel and
in the evening we enjoyed food at Aao Nang itself and roamed around in
the market.
Doing island tour to Phi Phi/Maya bay/Bamboo island/monkey bay is a
must do to experience the pebbles less white sand with turquoise blue
water with picturesque mountain type structure.
There are few other island tours available.I m sure must be exciting
but
as being limited by time we could do only to Phi Phi in our second
day of trip.
Third day we prefered to have our own transport and drive our own so
we hired a red scooter around 200 bahts near our hotel and we headed
to Tiger's Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea)
We quit our plan for Hot spring and Emerald Pool as it was hectic job
for us to do around 60km one way by Scooter and bad road sign boards.
We were told if we want to do this temple we have to take more than
thousands steps one way to reach on top of the temple and amazing view
we tried few steps towards cave only and could see Buddha hall
situated in silent caves where drop of water were falling from the
roof and we could feel the respite of mind. That gentle breeze, shadow
and pious environment really reminded us the old time and we
understand why monks decided for these caves away from old worldly
things.
Way back to Aao Nang we were just happy on our decision to decide
about our Krabi trip and whenever we find time we would like to come
back again.

Specially abled

Yes he smiled at me..and tried to stop lift for me from 11th floor to 2nd floor.
I have'nt seen many time in my office if not everyday..may be he is based  out at 12th floor so comes down very rarely as there is independent pantry so why anybody will be coming down to this floor.
But i hv noticed whenever he comes he spreads happiness all around will pass positive smile to everybody.I never talked to him ever but his kindness really makes him like a goid friend.
So he stops lift for me and says "biee..i can figure out from his tongue twisting and situation its "bye"
He has some problem with speeach but he is the best speaker in a sense love n smile is his language.must be in his 40's living his life with dignity ...rising above all odds..
Those two ppl in buona vista in their 70's sitting all day and basking so that they earn becoz of their talent not becoz of their lost eyesight.

I cant fail to notice that old man in his late 80's sitting in a wheelchair at commonwealth mrt selling facial tissues 3 pack in a $.
Whenever i meet these guys my eyes get wet somewhere but my heart feels proud as God has made them strong to live their own.No matter if society takes them as person with disability they are specially able ppl who light not only their home but our heart as well 😊😊
